Cehennem Azabından Kurtulmak
Âriflerin ışığı, Velîlerin önderi, İslâmın bekçisi ve Müslümanların Baş tacı İmâm-ı Rabbânî Ahmed-i Fârûkî Serhendî buyuruyor ki:
Resûlullaha itâ'at, ALLAH’ü teâlâya itâ'at demektir
Cenâb-ı Hak, Nisâ sûresinde, Muhammed aleyhisselâma itâ'at etmenin kendisine itâ'at etmek olduğunu bildiriyor.
O hâlde, Onun Resûlüne sallALLAH’ü aleyhi ve sellem itâ'at edilmedikçe Ona itâ'at edilmiş olmaz.
Bunun pek kat'î ve kuvvetli olduğunu bildirmek için, âyet-i kerîmede, (Elbette, muhakkak böyledir) buyurdu ve bazı doğru düşünemiyenlerin, bu iki itâ'ati birbirinden ayrı görmelerine meydân bırakmadı.
ALLAH’ü teâlâ, yine Nisâ sûresinin, ("Kâfirler, ALLAH’ü teâlânın emirleri ile Peygamberlerin emirlerini birbirinden ayırmak istiyor.
Yahudiler diyor ki, biz Mûsâ aleyhisselâma inanırız. İsa ile Muhammed aleyhime selama inanmayız.
Hıristiyanlar ise, yalnız İsa aleyhisselâma inanıp, ona hâşâ, ALLAH’ü teâlânın oğlu diyor.
Bu inanışları ve dinleri kıymetsizdir. Hepsi kâfirdir. Bunların hepsine Cehennem azabını, çok acı azapları hazırladık") mealindeki ayetinde, bu iki itâ’ati ayrı görenlerden şikâyet buyurmaktadır. (Mektubat, 1.cilt, 152. mektubdan)
Ehl-i sünnet âlimlerinin anladıklarına uymak lâzımdır
Ehl-i sünnet âlimlerinin anladıklarına uymak lâzımdır.
Bizim anladıklarımız, Ehl-i sünnet âlimlerinin anladıklarına uymuyor ise, hiç kıymeti olmaz.
(1.cilt, 157. mektubdan)
Kıyâs ve ictihâd, bid'at değildir
Çünkü, Eshâb-ı kiramdan her biri, gökteki yıldızlar gibidir.
Herhangi birine uyan saadete kavuşur. Kıyâs ve içtihat, bid'at değildirler. Çünkü bunlar, (Nusûs)un, yani ayetlerin manalarını meydâna çıkarmaktadırlar.
Bu manalara başka bir şey eklemezler. ("Ey akl sahipleri! İyi anlayınız!") mealindeki âyet-i kerime, kıyâs ve içtihadı emre etmektedir. (1.cilt, 186. mektubdan)
(1.cild, 260. mektubdan)
Kıyâs ve ictihâd, İslamiyet’in dört temelinden birisidir.
(1.cild, 272. mektubdan)
Cehennem azabından kurtulmak için Ehl-i sünnet olmak lâzımdır
Ehl-i sünnet âlimlerini (Rahmetullahi teâlâ aleyhim ecma'în) gölgelemeğe, küçültmeğe kalkışıyor.
Demek ki, Kitâbdan ve sünnetten çıkarıldığı bildirilen her sözü, her yazıyı doğru sanmamalı, yaldızlı propagandalarına aldanmamalıdır. ...
Eğer afv olunmazsa, Cehenneme girse bile, sonunda yine kurtulur.
Görülüyor ki, işin aslı, temeli, itikadı düzeltmekdir.
Hâce Ubeydullah-i Ahrâr (kaddesALLAH’ü teâlâ sirrehül'azîz) buyurdu ki,
Bütün iyi hâlleri ve buluşları bize verseler, fakat Ehl-i sünnet vel cemaat itikadını kalbimize yerleştirmeseler, hâlimi harap, istikbâlimi karanlık bilirim.
Eğer bütün haramlıkları, çirkinlikleri verseler ve kalbimizi Ehl-i sünnet itikadı ile süsleseler hiç üzülmem). ALLAH’ü teâlâ, bizi ve sizi, Ehl-i sünnet itikadından ayırmasın!
İnsanların efendisi hürmetine (aleyhissalâtü vesselâm) damızı kabul buyursun! Âmin!

To escape the torment of hell
The light of the sages, the leader of the saints, the guardian of Islam and the crown jewel of the Muslims, Imam-i Rabbani Ahmed-i Fârûkî Serhendi states:
Obedience to the Messenger of Allah means obedience to Allahu ta'ala
Allah Almighty states in the chapter of Nisa that to obey Muhammad 'alaihis-salâm' means to obey himself.
In that case, he will not be obeyed unless he is obeyed by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
He said (Of course, it is so) in the verse to inform him that this is very definite and powerful, and it did not allow some people who could not think correctly to see these two obediences as separate from each other.
Allahu ta'ala, again in the chapter of Nisa, ("The unbelievers want to distinguish between the orders of Allahu ta'ala and the orders of the Prophets.
The Jews say that we believe in Musa 'alaihis-salâm'. We do not believe in greetings to Jesus and Muhammad.
Christians, on the other hand, believe only in Isa 'alaihis-salâm' and call him the son of Allahu ta'ala.
These beliefs and religions are worthless. All of them are infidels. We have prepared the torment of Hell and painful torments for all of them"), he complains about those who see these two obedience separately.
It is necessary to follow what the scholars of Ahl as-sunna have understood.
O happy brother!
What we and you need above all else is to correct the creed in accordance with the Book and the Sunnah.
It is necessary to believe in accordance with what the scholars of the right way understand and convey from the Qur'ân al-kerîm and hadîth-i-sherîfs.
Because what we and you understand from the Book and the Sunnah is of no value.
It is necessary to follow what the scholars of Ahl as-Sunnah understand.
If what we understand does not match what the scholars of Ahl as-Sunnah understand, it is of no value.
Because every owner of innovations, [derived reformers] and those who strayed from the right path say that they understood their perverted knowledge and corrupt practices from the Qur'an al-karim and hadith-i sharîfs, and that they derived it from these two sources.
These words are very wrong and unfair. Secondly, what we all need is to learn the rules of shari'a.
In other words, it is to learn halal, haram, fard and wajib. Third, what we all need is to do all our work in accordance with what we have learned.
The fourth is the purification of the heart and the purification of the soul, both of which are reserved for the great Sufis (kaddesALLAH u ta'ala asrârehum). It is of no use to learn the rules of shari'ah before correcting creed.
Unless these two are corrected together, worships will not be of any use.
Unless these three are done together, purification and liquidation cannot be done at all.
These four basic duties must be done together with their assistants and complements.
For example, fards must be performed together with their sunnahs. Sunnahs are the helpers and complements of fards. Unless one of these is done, everything else is useless and useless.
Such unnecessary things are called (Malâya'ni). It is stated in a hadith-i sharif ("The beauty of a person's Islam is understood by avoiding money and doing necessary things"). Peace be upon those who are on the right path and follow in the footsteps of Muhammad Mustafa (alaihi wa ala alihissalevâtu vettehiyyât).
(from volume 1, letter 157)
Qiyas and ijtihad are not bid'ahs.
He should not add anything to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and should follow his Companions (ridwânullahi ta'âlâ 'alaihim ajma'în).
Because each of the Companions is like the stars in the sky.
Whoever obeys will attain bliss. Qiyas and ijtihad are not bid'ahs. Because they reveal the meanings of Nusus, that is, the verses.
They do not add anything else to these mana. The verse ("O people of reason! Understand it well!") commands qiyas and ijtihad. (from volume 1, letter 186)
High scholars who are at the level of ijtihad have revealed the rules of religion. They have not created things that are not from the religion.
It can be seen that the decrees communicated through ijtihâd were not revealed afterwards.
Religion is what is the basis of religion. Because the foundations of religious knowledge are four. The fourth is qiyas, that is, ijtihad.
(from volume 1, letter 260)
Qiyas and ijtihad are one of the four pillars of Islam.
We are commanded to abide by this, the discoveries and inspirations of awliya are not like this. We are not commanded to obey them.
Inspiration is a proof, a proof, a year only for its owner.
It is not a bond for others.
Ijtihad, on the other hand, is a proof for every Muslim.
For this, it is necessary to follow the scholars who are mujtahids.
He should learn the foundations of religion in accordance with what these scholars reported.
It is necessary not to obey the words and deeds of Sufis that are not in line with what these scholars have reported.
However, he should not speak out by looking at them with a good eye, and should count them among his unconscious words.
He should leave the obvious wrong meanings and draw the right meanings. (from volume 1, letter 272)
It is necessary to be Ahl as-sunnat in order to escape the torment of Hell.
The first duty of a man and woman with intelligence and knowledge is to learn the creed knowledge written by the scholars of Ahl as-sunna and to believe in accordance with them.
May Allah reward the work of those great scholars abundantly! Amine.
Surviving the torment of Hell on the Day of Judgment depends on believing what they report.
Those who will be saved from Hell are only those who follow their path.
Those who follow their path are called (Sunni). These are the only ones who follow the path of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) and his companions (ridwânullahi 'alaihim ajma'in).
Among the information extracted from the book, that is, from the Qur'an al-karim and the Sunnah, that is, from the hadiths, the only valuable and correct information is the information that these great scholars understood and communicated from the Book and the Sunnah.
Because every bid'ah owner, that is, every reformer and every perverted person, says that he has removed his corrupt thoughts from the Book and the Sunnah with his short mind. He tries to overshadow and belittle the scholars of Ahl as-sunna (Rahmatullahi ta'ala 'alaihim ajma'in).
This means that every word and every writing that is reported to have been removed from the Book and the Sunnah should not be mistaken for their gilded propaganda. ...
After correcting creed, it is necessary to learn halal, haram, fard, wajib, sunnat, mandub and makruh from fiqh books and to do everything according to them. ...
God forbid, if there is a tremor in the things to be believed, there will be no escape from Hell on the Day of Judgment. If the creed is correct and there is slackness in matters, forgiveness can be obtained with repentance and perhaps without repentance.
If he is not forgiven, even if he enters Hell, he will be saved in the end.
As it is seen, the essence of the matter is to correct the creed.
Hâce Ubeydullah-i Ahrar (kaddesALLAH'u ta'ala sirrehül'aziz) said,
If they gave us all the good things and inventions, but did not place the belief of Ahl as-sunnat wal Jamaat in our hearts, I would know my situation was ruined and my future was dark.
I wouldn't be upset if they gave away all the haram and ugliness and adorned our hearts with the belief of Ahl as-Sunnah). May Allah not separate us and you from the belief of Ahl as-sunna!
For the sake of the master of people (peace be upon him) accept the breeder! Amine!
